At Spiral, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item doesn’t suit you, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

📋 Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

• Returns are accepted even in case of a change of mind.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Sale items are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

💳 Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.
