These terms of sale govern transactions made on the website www.spiralverified.com. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted all the conditions below.

Any order placed on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Once the order is confirmed and payment validated, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided by the customer.

2. Product Availability

Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order is confirmed, the customer will be notified by email and automatically refunded.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), but excluding shipping costs.
Spiral reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Payment

Purchases must be paid in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

5. Delivery

Delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Spiral cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond its control.

6. Right of Withdrawal

According to our Return & Refund Policy, customers have 14 days after receiving their order to return an item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

7. Warranty & Conformity

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
An exchange or refund may be offered depending on the situation.

8. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of Spiral until full payment has been received.

9. Disputes

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the matter may be brought before the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Spiral’s registered office.
